At our facility, we treat every part as if it were our own, ensuring that your items are completely safe in our care. Every part undergoes a thorough personal inspection before being returned to you. If you're not 100% satisfied, we’ll strip and re-coat it at no extra cost, no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Whats the process? 

When your part arrives, we begin with a thorough visual inspection to confirm there is no damage and that it's ready for coating. After that, your part is placed in a degreasing cabinet, where we remove any contaminants and give it a comprehensive clean. This ensures we start with the best possible surface for the cleaning process.

The next process is placing your items into our specialized chemical stripping tank, designed to remove any coatings, whether it's paint or powder coat. This powerful method ensures a thorough coating removal, leaving your items clean and ready for their next stage.

Next, the components are placed into the vapour blasting cabinet for a final clean and surface preparation. This process ensures that the surface is properly keyed, allowing the powder coating to attach effectively. As a result, your coating will be durable and long-lasting for years to come.

The part is then placed in our oven to ensure it is fully dried. This process allows any gases that may be trapped within the metal to escape, a crucial step known as 'degassing.' This ensures the integrity and quality of the final product.

Once your part has cooled, get ready for the exciting color stage! This is where the magic happens as we negatively charge the part, allowing powder to stick perfectly for a full coat. If you've chosen Cerakote paint, we'll apply it to create a vibrant finish that not only looks fantastic but also provides protection.

It’s time to pop it the oven! Here, the powder will transform into a smooth liquid, envelop your part in its fresh new color or bake the Cerakote paint, as this creates its durability and longevity.

Once the item has fully cooled it undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure an even and consistent coating that we take pride in. After this quality check it is carefully prepared for return to you, ensuring it meets our standards of excellence.

Do i have to bring my parts to you? 

You can deliver your parts to our facility in Taunton, Somerset, or send them via mail. Please include a note with your contact information and return address inside the package. We will process your parts and return them to you, fully insured and carefully packaged.

How long does it take? 

We are committed to processing parts within a 2-3 day turnaround upon receipt. Should you require a quicker service, contact us in advance, and we can accommodate a 24-hour turnaround. Additionally, certain colors and coatings may need to be ordered, so we recommend providing prior notice to facilitate the ordering process and expedite turnaround.
